I've had 8 of these installed in my resort and they have lasted well for a year. I like that the paper towel can be dispensed with a push from an arm and doesn't require someone's hand. I tried two other dispensers before that didn't last long: the kind with a handle that goes up and down all broke within 6 weeks with the roll getting jammed, and the center pull dispensers are so time consuming and annoying to replace the roll. This push paddle is easy to replace rolls and is durable. I highly recommend it.
