A great way to introduce gluten-free options to your cafe, restaurant, or bakery this ready-to-bake puff pastry dough sheet eliminates the intensive task of creating a specialized gluten-free area to avoid cross-contamination and folding your own dough sheets from scratch without compromising on made-from-scratch taste. To prepare, thaw the pastry at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, covering with parchment paper to prevent drying. Once the dough is thawed, roll it out to your desired thickness, dusting with potato starch or gluten-free flour if needed, then use it to wrap your desired fillings and sculpt it into your desired shape. Brush the top of the pastry with egg wash or water and add a sprinkle of sugar if desired. Bake the pastry at 375 degrees Fahrenheit in a conventional oven or 350 degrees Fahrenheit in a convection oven until the dough reaches your desired level of doneness.
