To prepare, thaw the pastry at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, covering with parchment paper to prevent drying. Once the dough is thawed, roll it out to your desired thickness, dusting with potato starch or gluten-free flour if needed, then use it to wrap your desired fillings and sculpt it into your desired shape. Brush the top of the pastry with egg wash or water and add a sprinkle of sugar if desired. Bake the pastry at 375 degrees Fahrenheit in a conventional oven or 350 degrees Fahrenheit in a convection oven until the dough reaches your desired level of doneness. This product breaks very easily - we tried it when it was more frozen and more fully thawed and it was fragile regardless. Though it was helpful to have a premade dough option for our kitchen, it was not possible to make pastries with it that looked neat and professional due to fragility of the dough.
