We switched to this product about a year ago from a cheaper quality parchment at our bakery and were very pleased with it. It kept sheet pans clean and provided an easy release for our products. However, we've now received 2 consecutive shipments (4 cases total) that are labeled with the correct item number but contain parchment that is equivalent to the low quality paper we were using prior to the switch. Webstaurant took two weeks to investigate what happened with the first order, and then told us that if we ordered again we would receive the high quality product. We just received that second order and it's the exact same inferior paper as the first order.
