Franmara 8222 3 3/4" Air-Flow Wine Pourer / Aerator

I bought this octo-valve wine aerator for upcoming holidays, and I have to say how much I like this----if you already have the tri-valve, you'll probably like this one even more. The 8 perforations are in a metal disc rather than in plastic, and it does give it a nicer feel. The profile of the aerator is very sleek, and it looks somewhat like an extension of the wine bottle. I found that the fit was very good and the flow-rate didn't feel too constricted.

Stained really quickly, so it doesn't have a very nice look to it. Depending on your volume and the look you're going for, it might better to spring for something more high end that isn't acrylic plastic. I got these to try out for our wine service and they've gotten the job done and reassured me that an aerator is the way to go for us. Given the price point, it was really nice to test this idea out before investing in something more expensive from the get-go.

these are a great addition to wine service however when its busy they do tend to slow things down a bit as the wine does come out a lot slower.

This Air-Flow Wine Pourer/Aerator is simple but does the job. It fits securely in the wine bottle and most importantly does not cause any leaking.
