Able to remove a cork in just 7 seconds, the Franmara 4007 Quick-Cork portable, electric corkscrew saves time and labor in any busy establishment with a high volume of wine sales! Perfect for restaurants, hotels, catered events, and specialty wine bars, this compact unit easily removes natural and synthetic corks and does so quickly to get drinks to your guests in a timely manner. Its quiet motor won't disturb your guests and is powered by an up and down rocker switch, making it easy for any staff member to operate. Its sleek black body is a durable and subtle addition to your bar or counter space. A removable cap doubles as a foil cutter.
Start by using the cap to cut the foil on the top of the bottle, and remove the foil. Then position the corkscrew above the bottle and hold it as vertically as possible, holding it at an angle will not remove the cork properly. Once the corkscrew is in position, press firmly on the cork and press the down switch. The spiral will twist into the cork and remove it in 7 seconds or less. Simply press the up switch in order to remove the cork from the corkscrew, and you are now ready to serve a delicious wine to your guests. Charged by an included AC/DC charger.
