With an extendable four-wheel FOILKUT system foil cutter, this Franmara 2035-03 Boomerang waiter's corkscrew with burgundy handle makes opening wine bottles, quick, easy, and efficient! This corkscrew is perfect for restaurants, wineries, and catered events. To use, start by cutting the foil on the bottle. Use the built-in stainless steel serrated knife or expand the FOILKUT system foil cutter. If using the FOILKUT system foil cutter, place it over the neck of the bottle and make two good turns to cut the foil. Remove the foil cutter from the bottle, collapse the cutter, and remove the foil from the bottle. You're now ready to open the bottle.

Insert the nickel-plated spiral worm into the cork. This open spiral worm features a filet running down it to cut into the cork quicker than with traditional worms. Turn the handle to drive the worm further into the cork, until about a half a turn is showing. Place the stainless steel boot lever on the rim of the bottle and extract the cork.

This corkscrew's patented spring-loaded floating axis is incredibly efficient at extracting corks. A crescent-shaped cutout in the rubberized handle keeps the floating axis in a vertical position, relieving stress so that the boot lever hugs against the cork during extraction. This system provides added leverage for increased efficiency and more rapid service.
