I am stopping my shopping with you because I have not received this product, even though I have been charged for it. Furthermore, the fees you charged me for shipping were unconscionable. I am now shopping with a competitor of your who has charged me a third of your outrageous shipping fee. Your rating for this product is NO stars because I don't have it! Never again.
