This Follett 50HI425A-S0-DP Symphony Plus 50 Series air-cooled ice maker and water dispenser is an innovative unit that produces up to 425 lb. of ice per day! Perfect for use in healthcare or hotel applications, this unit creates "Chewblet" compressed nugget ice, which is softer and more chewable than standard cubes. Its wall mount design places the dispensing mechanism at an ideal height for healthcare and hotel applications, and provides the convenience of a smaller footprint. For further convenience, this unit is configured with a drain pan.
A stainless steel exterior with accent trim adds extra durability, while also offering a clean, professional look. The unit boasts a 50 lb. ice storage capacity along with Agion antimicrobial protection that is built into key ice contact areas. Designed with sanitation in mind, this level of protection works to combat cross-contamination and promote safe use at all times. The SensorSAFE infrared ice dispenser will also keep the dispensing area free of bacteria or debris.
Monitor the unit closely, thanks to an integrated LED control board that provides at-a-glance machine status. This item uses R-404A refrigerant that contains zero ozone depletion potential in order to satisfy the most environmentally-conscious of businesses and customers.
