When you need hot water on demand, this Fetco HWB-2105 B210551 5 gallon hot water dispenser is the perfect tool for the job! It can produce up to 7 gallons per hour and it dispenses at up to 205 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, this model features an innovative pull faucet with a soft silicone tap that protects both the faucet and glass / ceramic containers from damage. Its sleek design blends smooth lines and an attractive color scheme into a final product that looks great in the front of the house, and stands up to hard use even in the back of the house. A touchscreen interface makes it easy for your staff to access the temperature control and a host of other useful features like metrics and diagnostic screens, ensuring that your unit runs properly and that all of your staff and customers will be able to use it without issue whether they're using the water for cleaning, making self-serve items like tea and oatmeal, or using it in food prep for mashed potatoes and soups.
This model comes with 1 heater for a maximum output of 3.1 kW. It requires a 3/8" male flare fitting for the water inlet and comes ready for a 208-240V hardwired electrical connection.

It functions normally for only 5 hours. They sent us the wrong part to fix later. We have been waiting for the correct part for over 20 days. The problem isn't fixed yet! It is a very disappointing product and company!

This is a nightmare experience. We install the machine as it shows on this website, the one blew this product. I really think it’s good and convenient that our web shows how the machine should be installed, but I am wrong! The pictures are wrong. I talk to the tech from The manufacturer fetco, I ask them about the pictures since it seems like the picture are been created by Fetco, they Keep telling me what should be the right way to install the machine and transfer my case to warranty department. Of course the warranty department denied the coverage ,they say I install it wrong, but I connect everything as the pictures shows! And it is Fetco make those pictures.
