Wonderful pan. If you grease it, you'll have no problem getting anything out. I love that it's annodized aluminum, 14gauge at that, and not a non-stick coated surface. As you can see from my picture, I had no burning at the edges, my brownies slid out easily. I like that the edges are rolled so they can't cut you. The quality is excellent; I can see why people like these so much; I'll be buying more!

Our mining game themed cakes are one of our most popular cakes and these square pans bake perfectly for them. Corners accurate enough to frost sharply but not too sharp to cause cake to stick in them. We're a fan of this brand!

Sturdy and well made (though a little on the light side). The pan is not overly heavy however feels sturdy (and does not deform in the oven when I use it) and I appreciate the straight sides for baking cakes.
A sturdy, well-made pan in a size that I find is perfect for making deep-dish pizza for two with no leftovers. No seams and no rolled edges as some other pans like this have.
