This 4" deep pan is lighter and thinner than my 25 year old 13x9x3 Fat Daddio cake pan. It doesn't seem to affect the performance, but all the same, "shrinkflation" is always annoying.
I would leave zero stars if I could. These pans are absolute garbage. Everything sticks to them, DO NOT BUY!!!

So glad we bought this Brand of Aluminum pan! They are perfect for our homemade cinnamon rolls! Clean up is easy, they can be used multiple wats for a lot of pastry rolls! Great purchase!
I usually have used just regular disposable pans to bake, but these are amazing! They bake evenly and way faster than what I was originally using. Definitely will be ordering more when they are back in stock.

I was amazed at the quality of this 9x13x2 inch pan. The heft of it tells you this is not a lessor quality product. Super easy clean up. I haven't found anything yet that sticks to it. If you are looking for a 9x13x2 this is the one.
