This explosion-proof vacuum is designed for use in environments that contain flammable, combustible, or hazardous materials such as fine powders, coal dust, and flammable dust. It is certified for Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C and D, and Class II, Division 2, Groups F and G. The air-powered design is ideal for use where electricity is not available, and it is shock-resistant for safe use. This unit also comes with a grounding cable to help limit hazards. For versatile use, it can be used with 1 1/2", 2", or 3" hoses and accessories (sold separately).

At a rate of 90 PSI, this unit offers an air displacement rate of 125 CFM and a static water lift of 160 degrees. It has a noise level of 74 decibels for non-disruptive operation, and it boasts a two-stage filtration system. The reusable, anti-static pocket pre-filter traps particles as small as 1 micron and helps extend the life of the HEPA filter, while the ultra-efficient HEPA filter offers 99.999% efficiency at 0.3 microns. An external filter shaker makes it easy to keep the filters unclogged.

This model includes a 27 gallon, non-sparking stainless steel collection tank that can hold up to 23 gallons of dry debris. This tank is detachable and rolls out for easy dumping. This vacuum includes handles and casters for easy transport wherever you need it. It comes complete with a tool basket to keep your vacuum attachments easily accessible. This unit requires a 1/2" I.D. air line connection or larger for operation.
