Excellence LD00-00023 Details

Use this Excellence LD00-00023 lid to replace the top lid on your EDC-4, EDC-4C, and EURO-5 dipping cabinets. This single layer, heat reflective glass piece is designed to lock in cold temperatures and prevent contamination of your most popular ice cream flavors. Additionally, replacing an old, faulty lid improves insulation and helps your unit run as efficiently as possible.
