I have found so many uses for these bags, it's ridiculous. There are weeks that go by sometime during my off season, that I don't use my mixer. They are the perfect fit to slide right over my kitcheaid mixer (with bowl attached) to keep dust from settling on, and in my clean bowl.

I find these bags to be of a heavier mil. The bags I was getting from local restaurant supply were very thin and product was falling through. Not the case with these. Nice heavier mil. This will be the only bag I use from now on.
