This is a nice, lightweight plastic bag which has many purposes in my bakery. It is large enough to place my smaller mixing bowls in to help dough rise. I also use them to sell a dozen large cookies in. They fit over my rectangle cardboards to house my Danish braids as well in a way customers can see what they are buying. Nice product!
