This Zurn Elkay 1000004572 solenoid valve regulator kit is a direct replacement for the assembly that came standard with Zurn Elkay EZ drinking fountains. This solenoid valve controls the water flow in your unit. If your original solenoid valve assembly is broken or malfunctioning, replace it immediately to continue operation of your drinking fountain.
This kit is designed for use with EZ and LZ style coolers equipped with a 120V solenoid, including compatible cooler and bottle filler combination units. It is not compatible with the following models manufactured between 2014 and April 2019, which used a 24V system and require a different cooler and bottle filler solenoid: LZS8WSLP, LZS8WSSP, LZSTL8WSLP, and LZSTL8WSSP.
