Ideal for commercial kitchens, food service facilities, and industrial settings, this environmentally-friendly strainer is designed to capture solids, uses less water than electric disposal, and is easy to install. It reduces the amount of waste that goes into landfills as well as greenhouse gases by straining liquids and capturing food waste as you pre-rinse or warewash in your commercial kitchen.
This solids separator features a built-in 5" internal basket strainer for capture that prevents clogs in drain lines and sewer systems and is ideal for collecting sink scraps and transferring compost. It reduces total suspended solids and FOG (fats, oils, and grease) for improved wastewater quality and is easy to remove, clean, and maintain. This sustainable sink guard is designed for sinks with 3 1/2" drain openings.
