Keep your pasta, meat, or side dishes at just the right temperature for serving thanks to this Eagle Group SWT5-208 five pan sealed well electric water bath steam table with a stainless steel open base. This unit can hold up to five 12" x 20" steam table pans (sold separately), so your guests can choose from a variety of signature entrees and help themselves. Each recessed well can accommodate an immersion heater and has a 1 1/2" diameter brass drain assembly. Designed with your establishment in mind, this steam table is made from strong 20 gauge 430 series stainless steel from the body right down to the legs, ensuring durability and reliability. Plus, the highly polished finish promotes an attractive and professional appearance.

Offering thermostat temperature control, this model makes sure food stays warm so guests have a pleasant dining experience. It also features automatic low water cutoff and a manual reset button for ease of use. Along the front, an 8" wide polycarbonate cutting board and stainless steel dish shelf are also provided for further convenience. The shelf is the perfect place to keep clean dishes stocked and ready for serving, while the cutting board offers some extra work space for changing out food pans or filling plates.

On the bottom, the stainless steel open base provides reliable support and makes it easy to install this steam table in your serving area. The bottom of the feet are covered in non-marking plastic feet that can be adjusted to ensure your floors stay protected from scrapes and scratches. Designed for wet use, this water bath steam table is a great addition to your commercial establishment so you can always serve up a delicious plate of food at just the right serving temperature! This unit requires a 208V electrical connection for operation.

What's the difference between open well and sealed well steam tables?

Open well tables can be used with spillage pans for moist heat holding, or without pans for dry heat holding of fried foods or other crispy items. This design allows the flexibility to have some of the wells using moist heat, and some of them using dry heat, at the same time. Open well tables do not have drains, so the spillage pans must be removed and emptied after service.

Sealed well tables do not need spillage pans; water is added directly to the well, and is emptied through a drain after service. However, sealed well tables should not be used for dry heat holding.
