Eagle Group SHT5-LP Details
For superior stability and durability, this Eagle Group SHT5 liquid propane five open well steam table features 1 5/8" diameter stainless steel legs with non-marking plastic feet, and a sturdy stainless steel undershelf. Each of the Eagle Group SHT5 hot food table's 8" deep open wells have a high-output jet burner rated at 3500 BTU.
Adjustable High-Medium-Low gas valves give you complete control over holding temperatures. 1" of fiberglass insulation on all sides helps maintain the five well steam table's internal temperatures, to prevent cold spots and provide consistent, even warming.
An 8" wide full length polyethylene cutting board provides ample space for food preparation and plating.
