Keep your piping hot pasta, meat, entree, or side dishes at the perfect serving temperature for guests with this Eagle Group SHT5-240-3 five pan sealed well stationary hot food table with undershelf. This unit can hold up to five options with its five pan sealed well design. Each well has a one-piece, deep-drawn 304 stainless steel construction with insulation on all sides to retain even temperatures. Additionally the individual infinite controls put the power in your hands to set each well on high or lower, in accordance with your usage. A helpful indicator light remains on whenever the control is on in order to alert users that the food table is in use. Plus, the built in 3/4" diameter drain with strainers in every well makes it easy to empty out water after service. These components are recessed to also prevent any potential clogging caused from spilled food.

Built with your convenience in mind, this hot food table also includes a polyethylene cutting board, stainless steel dish shelf, and stainless steel adjustable undershelf. The cutting board offers some extra work space for changing out pans or resting plates while filling them. The dish shelf underneath provides a way to keep clean dishes stocked and on hand for when the need arises. Underneath, the adjustable shelf can hold additional supplies. All of these features ensure you are prepared to quickly and efficiently serve guests.

On the bottom, the stationary base provides reliable support. The feet are made with non-marking stainless steel so you can install the unit without harming your floors and they can be adjusted to raise the overall height from 34 1/2" to 35 1/2" to match your set up needs. With the help of this food table, you can keep food at optimal serving temperatures so you can focus your attention on what matters most and serve guests efficiently. This unit requires a 240V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.

What's the difference between open well and sealed well steam tables?

Open well tables can be used with spillage pans for moist heat holding, or without pans for dry heat holding of fried foods or other crispy items. This design allows the flexibility to have some of the wells using moist heat, and some of them using dry heat, at the same time. Open well tables do not have drains, so the spillage pans must be removed and emptied after service.

Sealed well tables do not need spillage pans; water is added directly to the well, and is emptied through a drain after service. However, sealed well tables should not be used for dry heat holding.
