Product came frozen all together it was hard to get them apart had to thaw the box just to pull them apart.

Not nearly as tasty as regular soft pretzels but still surprisingly good. The only issue is the long lead times which is understandable but still slightly frustrating. Also, be prepared to lose a few pretzels that will break in transit.
