This baker's spatula is precision ground to be flexible so product can be scraped out of mixing bowls or frosting can be spread over a delicate cake. The thin blade easily slides under and around cake layers and moves fragile decorations without damage. When flexed, the blade conforms to the shape of the mixing bowl so frosting can quickly and efficiently be removed. Once removed, it returns from flex to straight, every time, thanks to a professional heat-treating process.

This spatula features a comfortable rubber handle that fuses the soft comfort of Santoprene with the firm control of a polypropylene core. The Dex-Tex armadillo texture makes for a safe, secure grip, while an impervious blade-to-handle seal prevents bacteria from becoming trapped.
