This product is made from clear, smooth vinyl that lets you glide effortlessly across the floor while still letting you see the carpet underneath. The studded back gives the mat superior gripping power so that it won't slide around as you adjust your chair, and it is suitable for 6 hours of daily use on low pile carpets up to 3/8" thick. If daily usage is over this amount, consider a higher-pile chair mat. It features a rectangular shape with a 25" x 12" lip that fits into most workspaces, and a beveled edge to allow easy transitions on and off the mat.
