I bought 6 of these and in normal use, 3 broke in a week. Could not get a refund from Webstaurant. They referred me to the manufacturer who wanted to send me straps and screws to repair them. I ended up buying others from someone else.

These extra tall tray stands are perfect for our higher bar tables! They really are back savers and do not require the wait staff to bend over as much! They can support very full trays of food. Perfect addition to any restaurant!
