Designed for transporting hot or cold food without losing temperature, this rack cover features insulation for short-term holding while you roll your bun pan rack from the kitchen to serving area, or from a main kitchen to satellite kitchens and dining rooms. The exterior of this rack cover is capable of withstanding sun, wind, rain, and even insects for those times when you need to transport racks from one building to another.

For applications where electrical connections aren't readily available to plug in hot holding cabinets, this cover fits over a full size sheet pan rack and effectively turns it into a short-term holding cabinet. When you need to hold cold foods, it is recommended to use cold packs (sold separately) to maintain cold temperatures longer. This rack cover also comes with a clear front pocket where you can insert a label to indicate the rack's contents or to tell your staff where the rack should be taken.
