Use this Cres Cor 282-1815 15 pan end load half height aluminum bun / sheet pan rack / mobile work station with extruded sidewalls to easily transport full size bun pans throughout your correctional facility's kitchen and serving area! Featuring sidewalls with extruded angle ledge pan supports, this rack is designed to accommodate heavy loads to ensure long-lasting reliability. The smooth, interlocking sidewalls are riveted and welded to posts for extra durability, and make the rack easier to clean than comparable corrugated racks. Thanks to the 1 1/2" of space between each pair of extruded channels, you can store pastries, cookies, and donuts with ease. Plus, the top of the rack provides room for a pan and cutting board, allowing you to convert it into a mobile work station.
Made of non-corrosive, hi-tensile welded aluminum, this rack boasts strong, extruded channels to withstand years of use. Its 5" swivel casters provide simple mobility anywhere you need it. Two of the casters are also equipped with brakes that allow you to secure the rack in storage. Keep your kitchen running smoothly and efficiently with the help of this rack!
