Outfit your business with this Coxreels SHW-N-150 spring driven welding hose reel with (1) low pressure 1/4" x 50' hose! This hose reel is perfect for industrial businesses where space is limited, as it's designed to be used with a 1/4" x 100' bulky twin line welding hose for any number of low pressure applications. The single 1/4" heavy gauge steel "U" frame is built for an Oxy-Acetylene or "T" grade welding hose and allows easy access to the hose reel for maintenance. The CPC powder coat finish is chip-resistant and provides long-term durability.
This reel's adjustable guide arm allows you to position the reel wherever is most convenient, such as the wall, floor, ceiling, or a vehicle. It boasts a composite bearing to allow for the smooth rotation of your hose around the reel. This reel also features an adjustable tension brake, so you can adjust the speed at which your hose unwinds / retracts and keep it from moving on its own during operation and transport.
This hose reel comes with (1) low pressure 1/4" x 50' hose for maximum efficiency. It boasts a solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings that allow you to rotate the reel with ease. Its rolled exterior design and robotically spun and ribbed discs lend strength and security to the unit. This reel is fitted with (1) 90 degree, full-flow, dual ported brass swivel that allows for swift maintenance and easy hose installation. The hose reel and hose are rated for 200 PSI working pressure.
