Its one-piece base is made with 1/4" steel and no bolts, giving it superior strength and durability. It uses CNC robotically spun discs that allow greater durability. The ribbed discs and rolled edges provide convenient safety on top of its impressive strength. The CPC powder-coat finish is chip-resistant and long lasting, while the bottom of the base is free from powder coating to ensure maximum grounding potential. Its guide arm adjusts to vehicle, wall, floor, and overhead positions. The 1" solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings allow for a seamless and smooth rotation. This reel is commonly paired with fuel reels to be used in combustible environments.

This reel is built with versatility in mind, as it contains an enclosed, factory-tuned, cartridge-style spring motor with a stainless steel spring. This makes the motor long-lasting, rust-resistant, and ensures that it is easily accessible. This cartridge-style motor is easily removable, making maintenance safe and simple. The reel also features a non-sparking, multi-position lock ratchet mechanism that allows you to secure the hose at your preferred length so you're able to service every area of your workstation without compromising on location. The rachet is pawl- and zinc-plated for long-lasting strength. It also features a cable, ball stop, and a 50 amp grounding clamp. This reel includes a 7 strand x 7 wire galvanized steel cable with a high visibility orange vinyl cable cover.
