The stamp's four-band system displays months, days, and up to five years, along with four interchangeable messages: "Received", "Paid", "Entered", and "Faxed". This makes it easy to combine date and phrase to precisely keep track of documents. Also, the last band gives you option of stamping one of the following phrases instead of the year: "REC'D", "ANS'D", "ENT'D", "PAID", "A.M.", and "P.M."
