The Coravin Pivot+ black wine preservation system is sure to leave your guests astounded and your wine service better off than it was before. Instead of opening a bottle of expensive wine, selling 1 or 2 glasses, and wasting the remaining bottle, this wine preservation system allows you to pour a single glass of wine and save the rest. The Coravin Pivot system employs the use of 99.99% pure argon gas capsules to pressurize your dispensing system. By utilizing the Pivot system, you can pour approximately (20) 5 oz. glasses with the push of a button. Not only does argon gas prevent further oxidation, but it does not react with the wine and thus preserves the flavor profile of even your most delicate wines.

For easy use, simply open the bottle of wine and replace the bottle closure with the Pivot stopper, with the stopper open. Ensure that the stopper and bottle neck are both completely dry. Next, insert the Pivot device through the stopper until it clicks into a secure position. Tilt the bottle, then press and hold the button on the device to begin pouring. When the glass nearing its desired capacity, release the button and wait until the wine is finished pouring. Then move the bottle back into an upright position and remove the device by pulling straight up. Close the stopper cap to keep your bottle fresh after use.

The unit is made out of durable injection-molded plastic and stainless steel with an ergonomic handle. With a sleek black color, the Coravin device does not distract from the look of your wine bottles. Attach the included aerator to the Pivot spout to aerate wine while you pour for a smooth, delicious taste.
