This unit has a durable stainless steel top and front, while the back, sides, and interior are made from aluminum. Offering 17 cu. ft. of storage, this unit offers plenty of room to keep frozen ingredients and foods and it has 4 stainless steel drawers that can each hold (1) 12" x 20" food box up to 6" deep.

Its back mounted compressor is easily accessible for service, while the undercounter design allows you to fully utilize space and keep frozen ingredients close at hand and ready to use. Additionally, this freezer is built to maintain food-safe temperatures in even the hottest of kitchens, up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit ambient temperature.

A 1/2 hp compressor and fan ensure optimal airflow and even temperatures. This model runs on eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. The unit also has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, which helps to reduce energy consumption. You also won't have to worry about the quality of the fin evaporator coil degrading, as it's both plasticized and non-corrosive. Four 3 5/8" casters come standard so that you can easily move the freezer away from the wall for thorough cleaning and maintenance. It also has a digital display and hi-low alarm for ease of use. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection.
