As a front-breathing model, this unit comes configured to vent at the front and bottom of the unit. This specialized ventilation system is designed to allow your new prep refrigerator to be installed flush up against a wall where space is a concern. Plus, it also allows you to install this sandwich unit into an existing counter if you're looking to create a seamless look that maximizes space in your prep area. The unit's stainless steel doors have a spring-loaded self-closing mechanism that makes sure each one closes properly every time. A magnetic snap-in door gasket creates a tight seal while inside the unit.

A 1/2 hp compressor and fan ensure optimal airflow and even temperatures. Plus, this unit can maintain proper storage temperatures even in kitchens where ambient temperatures reach 100 degrees Fahrenheit so your food is always safely stored.
