Designed for outdoor environments, this exit sign is made for wet locations from 50 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit. This model is completely self-contained for efficient, professional installation and safe operation. Also, the housing is made of 5VA flame retardant, UV stabilized polycarbonate with an impact-resistant clear lens.

As a universal exit sign, this model can be mounted from the back surface in addition to having top and side knockouts for conduit feed applications. In addition, this unit includes snap-out chevron directional indicators so you can place it anywhere. All of the decisions about mounting and arrows can be easily made in the field!

Made to keep working in emergency situations, this exit sign comes with a 4.8V, maintenance free, long life, rechargeable NiCad battery backup. This backup battery keeps the sign illuminated for a minimum of 90 minutes when the power goes out. This exit sign also has a fully automatic, two rate, solid state charger in order to recharge a discharged battery within 24 hours.

The long-lasting LED lights in this exit sign last longer, so you don't have to worry about replacing bulbs frequently. Other features of this exit sign include a push-to-test switch and a charge rate / power on LED indicator light so you can be sure the sign is operating properly and complies with local codes. It is dual voltage and requires a 120/277V electrical connection for operation. This exit sign is rated for wet locations between 50 and 104 degrees Fahrenheit. It has an overall unit wattage of 5.4W.
