Doesnt really keep the bag tight so we now use them to hang out cloths drying,

The clips aren't wide enough to secure larger reusable pastry bags, but I think they'd be fine for disposable/plastic ones that are thinner. We use ateco 24" reusable pastry bags and these don't fit the whole way around to secure.
