Add the Cleveland TBS60SHGAS basket system to Cleveland Short series 60 gallon gas powered steam kettles to increase your cooking options! With a basket system in place, you can cook a variety of different food items like pasta, beans, or soup stock in the (3) 6 gallon stainless steel baskets. A stainless steel basket support rotates the baskets so that you can easily access each one from the front of your kettle and lift it out by the retractable handle.
Perforations in the basket allow the liquids to drain from the basket while the solids remain, making it a perfect vessel for preparing smaller food items in your kettle. Constructed of 18 gauge 304 grade stainless steel, the baskets and basket support are built for daily, heavy-duty use in your commercial kitchen.
