Choice Stainless Steel Pastry Blender with 5 Blades

unfortunately this is very weak metal, and arrived completely bent. It was packed with a box of pan liners, so either it's weak metal, or badly packaged, or both. The only way to test this would be to order it entirely alone but I suspect it wouldn't hold up to the post.

Might be OK for small at home applications. I tried to use it against 1. lb of butter and all the blades bent awfully easy in the first 60 seconds. Be gentle in use.

This works well but is a little smaller than expected.

The blades are a little on the flexible side (and can deform if not careful/use to much force) but good price and easy to bend the blades back if needed. Overall, I find it good for the price and have not had any issues using in my kitchen.

This product works to cut dough but the wooden handle rotates around the dowel and moves while you're using it. This made it uncomfortable and also a bit dangerous to use. We do not recommend this product - get one with a fixed handle.
