Combining an ample 4" depth and full size design, this pan allows you to offer your guests large servings of warm sides, entrees, or baked desserts. It can easily be paired with a food pan and used at parties, buffets, and catered events where food is required to stay warm for an extended period of time. It's a direct replacement for the water pan of your full size Choice Economy chafer (sold separately), but thanks to its universal design, this water pan is compatible with most 2 1/2" deep full size food pans!
Made of durable, easy-to-clean, 26 gauge, 18/8 stainless steel, this water pan is designed to stand up to repeated use in a commercial environment. This replacement is a great option if your original water pan is damaged or missing.

My stainless steel item has fingerprints and scratches and I can't seem to get it clean. What can I do?
Try using a microfiber polishing cloth. You may not need to use any chemicals to get rid of the scratches and fingerprints. If they are not easily removed by the dry cloth, our Noble Chemical stainless steel cleaner should do the trick!
