Choice 9, 12, 16, 20, and 24 oz. Clear Strawless / Sip Lid - 1,000/Case

Webstaurant should not be selling these lids. I already threw away 6 cases of. these worthless lids. Webstaurant should be doing the same. Believe all the reviews on this failed item. The machining is just wrong. I will, and can not sugar coat this item. Again, do not purchase these. Stick with the choice flat lid with straw slot. Lids will not satisfy, idea is great. Sizing is not.

I should have listened to other negative reviews about the lids that don't fit before my ordering. I used Choice 16oz cold cups (the cheaper version), the flat lids with staw slot, and the Dome lid all the time. They all fitted pretty well and worked very well too. Well, as I expected these lids had very bad quality control. I opened the case and took a sleeve of the lids out. Then I tried them on my new Choice HD 16oz cold cups. Guess what, 5 out of 10 just covered the cup, not even made any snap sound. I could just shake the lid right off the cup. So loose! The other 5 were loose too, just a little bit better, I would not trust them to serve my customers. I really really really wanted to like these lids, and I really wanted the reviews to be wrong, but unfortunately they aren't. The last case was so bad that we ended up having to basically match lids to cups at the beginning of each day to make sure that we had ones that wouldn't pop off. It is really unfortunate. And Now I have multiple cases of cups without lids to go with them.

I don’t know why everyone is going on about in these reviews. These are a solid affordable quality lid, I’ve used I’ve 3000 and maybe 3 of them have had a bit of damage around an edge.

We chose to ignore a lot of the reviews and ordered these lids hoping to go strawless at our coffee shop. It turns out that ignoring the reviews was a mistake. Many of the lids do not properly fit onto their corresponding cups. I will waste a good 3-5 of these lids looking for ones that will actually click on. By the time that I find one, the fit is very loose. The slightest pressure put on the cup will pop the lid off. Many of our customers have had spills or near misses because of these lids. We figured maybe it was the cup that we bought, so we upgraded to stronger cups, but that didn’t help. Avoid this product. It is not worth the money and it is not worth the loss of customers.

Possibly a bad batch? Half thrown in the trash and a few fit. Very disappointed that Webstrauant just said that sometimes they are not compatible (which doesn't make sense when we have ordered before). They are too expensive to just throw away and we certainly do not want people spilling drinks on themselves because of poor quality products!

We love the fact that this Sip Lid can go strawless. Our customer loves it. It helps reducing the usage of straw. I'm thankful for that.

Very happy with these lids. I will use them to replace our flat and dome lids as there is enough clearance above the rim of the cup to add whipped cream. I love that the lid is sealed until the customer opens it and they can close it again if they wise. I'm very happy with the size of the sipper hole as many I have seen in the past are just too large and prone to spills. Lid has a nice seal and a great price! Hoping to save some money on the compostable straws we've switched to with these new lids. Customer reactions have been very positive as well. Thank you for adding these!

I should have read ALL of the other reviews about this product :( The lids do not fit the suggested Choice 16oz or 20oz clear cold cups well at all. They do not fit securely and pop off creating lots of spills and unhappy customers! Not to mention the waste!!

Do NOT buy. Great concept and perhaps will eventually be ready for prime time. But as many other say, these lids are a mixed bag with some fitting cups tightly and then others from the same case popping off cups. We had to throw away half a case because of this and it's a bad look in front of customers to be struggling to find a lid that'll fit. Bizarre that Choice cannot manufacturer these lids to fit their own cups properly.

I wish the fitting on these lids were consistent. I've had back luck with them recently, they tend to pop off the cups with just the slightest pressure when picking up the cups.

These lids look and feel good, And when they fit the cup they're nice and secure however they don't always fit the cup (particularly the HD) Have had numerous accidents with staff, and a few near misses with customers. Due to the lack of consistency in the fitment I cannot recommend this product.

What a mess. Lids do not fit the cups. Customers upset because lids are coming off the drink getting all over them. Had to pay for some dry cleaning bills. Company really needs to fix this problem.

Not sure about below negative reviews but these lids are super amazing and they do fit 9oz and 16oz cups very tightly. You can’t make everyone happy ??

These lids are just what we needed for our layered cold brews! All of our customers love them and they fit the 16 oz and 24 oz cups well!

this lid can not fit the 24oz cup at all, plz avoid this product. I bought the 24oz cup and lid from webrestaurant and the lid can not fit, this seller need check their products and stop selling it

Awful and embarrassing to give to customers. The lids crack constantly and the flip tab is often not perforated correctly so when you pull on it, the whole lid cracks. I guess these are the least expensive on here for a reason.

This lids are the worst! I wish it was possible to put zero stars. Basically some lids stay on and most pop off. Webstaurant store needs to stop selling these for its wasting people money.

These lids worked well for me, my team and customers. With some bad reviews I only ordered one case. I will be ordering again.

We love these! Although they can take a straw, you do not need one. Sippy cups for all! Plus, the health department does not like BOH to use straws so these help with that too. Win win!

Everyone loves these sip through lids. We go through so many of them because our customers prefer these over having to use a straw.

Nice quality lids but sometimes they pop off of the cup

I was so excited to order the lids for my customers. Unfortunately, the lids just fall off.

Perfect lid for the Choice PET plastic cold cuo 20oz.

Really Really wanted these to work. But, I've had to throw out 1 for every 3 because the fit on the cup isn't tight, there isn't even a snap. Several customers have said that when they took their drink is leaked when they started to drink it. We are a small coffee shop and I can afford to have customers getting frustrated. The concept is great, please fix the design and make them tighter.

The hole fits a straw as well.

These lids eliminate the need of purchasing extra straws and are great during the summer months. We love thes lids.

These lids are HORRIBLE! First of all people can't figure out how they work and push the tab down. Second they fit so loosely that almost all my customers have the lid just fly off and spill their expensive organic, cold-pressed juice they just bought from me! I have used these before but their quality control has gone down the toilet!!!!! webstaurantstore should not be selling these and should issue everyone who purchased them a full refund with shipping! Very disappointing!

We LOVE these lids! We have not had any issues with them, they fit the cups tight and work great...NO STRAWS NEEDED!! Just make sure you buy the cups and lids that are recommended together and you shouldn't have any issues.

Similar to other reviews, these lids pop off constantly. Additionally, some of them were fused closed, making the sip through option useless. We had to through out at least 2 sleeves worth of lids due to these issues. When they fit properly and could open, they were good and convenient. But it's not worth the waste produced my un-useable lids.

The other reviews are correct. These lids pop off. I warned a customer today that we were not able to get our normal lids with a straw slot and to be very careful because these lids tend to pop off. She handed it to her daughter and the lid popped off and spilled on her daughter and the seat . Thankfully they were not upset since I had just warned them. I have had to change over to the heavy weight cups just to have cups and these really DO NOT work on the heavy weight cups. These work better on the light weight 12 oz cups we still have in stock. A customer service person directed me to another sip lid that is supposed to work with the heavy weight cups. I am hoping they work better.

The lid presentation is great, but unfortunately we have complaints all the time because it doesn't fit tight with the cup and customers keep spilling drink! The company should take the comment seriously because this lid presentation is real great.

Apparently they don't fit all cups even though it says the sizes 12,16 and 24. I bought these and now I can't return so now I'm stuck with lids that can't fit my cups and no lids to use . Poor customer service.

I ordered these lids to use with the Choice 12oz & 16oz cold cups and they are super loose on the 16oz cups. They are pretty much unusable.
