Choice 8" x 2" Round Straight-Sided Aluminum Cake Pan

This is for the 3" x 2" size. I ordered 24 to use to make mini cakes for my small business. They are lighter than the brand of pans I prefer to use. And each pan varies slightly in weight. They do have a nice rolled rim and straight sides I use my cake goop and parchment as I do with all my individual cake pans I baked up some signature Matcha cakes. They did rise a bit more doamed then I normally have with my larger cake pans. But that was likely because of overfilling not the pans. I weigh batter to ensure even size and baking, and will adjust down a bit . They all baked up the same size. Pulled, cooled, and they all popped out without issue. Pans cooked quick and were super easy to clean. I'm very pleased and plan on ordering several more now that I know they work so well.

We use these to make cakes every single week, and don't have any issues with them at all. They work very well, with consistent baking in our convection oven and cakes release smoothly when the pan is sprayed well.

Love being able to offer 7-inch cakes! They're the perfect size for 10-15 servings and our customers appreciate saving money without having to purchase extra servings with an 8-inch. These also fit nicely on 10-inch drums.

I ordered this for making Japanese cheese cake in the instant pot and it fits the 6-in-1 DUO perfectly. I spray it with oil spray before lining with parchment paper so that it does not stick. It also works well for pot-in-pot cooking when steaming sweet rice. Shop around some, I have seen this item cheaper in stores from the same brand and was quite frustrated with overpaying

Nice pizza pans for the price or use them for cakes our staff really likes these and they're affordable enough to have plenty extras around

These are the best little cake pans I've ever bought. I got them to use for a bridal shower I'm giving. I've made 80 cakes and they're gorgeous. They popped right out of the tins with no problem at all. I'm so so happy I found these. I've purchased other items from Webstaurant and have always been pleased.

These pans are perfect for the budget focused baker. They get the job done right but are also affordable, easy to clean and fairly durable! If you drop it on a hard floor, it more than likely will indent.

This isn't a 5 star quality item... more like 4, but for the price, it's nicer than expected and works beautifully.

This is a great pan with nice straight sides. Conducts heat well for perfectly cooked cakes. Stacks neatly with my other size pans for less clutter.
