Great cake tester. Its veey long which is great when baking loaves of bread. The top of the case has a narrow opening for the tester to go in which holds the tester in place preventing it from getting damaged easily.
Not a huge fan of the Choice cake tester- although the tester itself works just fine, the plastic storage case is too wide to fit in the pen/ thermometer pockets of a standard chef coat, and the lack of clip means it cant be stored in the front pocket either. So- probably fine for a home baker, but not convenient for someone moving around a large commercial kitchen.
