The straight spatula is great for frosting cakes. The blade is a nice stainless surface, but the handle is an odd artificial looking red color and a bit rough. This type of spatula is also good for cake cutting when you don't want to use a sharp blade.

Icing donuts is much easier with this straight baking/icing spatula than using a regular kitchen knife. As others have said, the wooden handle will need to be handwashed, otherwise it may not last as long as expected.

The wood handle is a great addition to my decorating tools. It attractive and sturdy. The blade has enough give to work with comfortably. I would recommend this product.

This is a decent tool for the price. The stainless blade is solid and has other uses at this small size. However, the wooden handle will need to be handwashed and does not look to be long lasting.

Perfect spatula for cakes and baking. The best part it is super affordable, i checked them out in our local bakery depot and they were about 5 times the price for the same quality. Definitely will be ordering more.

this spatula is an essential tool in cake decoration, i use it to apply the crumb coat before applying the fondant, it has a wood handle and it is made of stainless steel

i like these icing knives they are nice quality for the price but they will not work with my magnetic knife holder; thats why i rated 4 star.

I have about 7 spatulas in my kitchen, this one is likely to become the one I use most often. It's long enough to smooth a cake and versatile enough to allow for decorating. My new favorite tool.
