This is a nice creamer. The problem we have is that we lost the o-ring inside the lid that keeps the creamer from leaking. We understand there is no replacement part sold. Don't recommend using in an environment where different people are always washing the item.

Stays cold but the inside of the lid needs to click and be tight otherwise when customers use it the lid falls off and the liquid goes everywhere.

Attractive and keeps half and half/milk cold. However, plastic lid is not easy to assemble after every wash and only lasted 2 years before it broke...would not recommend this item. Because it was not under warranty, this company would not replace the lid...the carafe is useless without the lid.
