Beautiful round loaves. Great for cinnamon swirl or even brioche bread. Makes beautiful French toast. The grooves allow for perfectly spaced hand slices. Make sure to grease the pan and just let it sit sealed for 3 minutes before opening. Then give it a good thunk on the table, flip over, smack the other side and then open. Never had it stick. Add 20 degrees and about 10 minutes to your recipe.
