If necessary, AMERICOAT® ePlus glazed pans can be washed with pH-neutral products, but this should be done sparingly. Never use acidic cleansers, alkaline detergents, or abrasive scrubbing pads. These will corrupt the glaze prematurely and might lead to corrosion. Your pan should not be soaked in water or washed in an automatic dishwasher.
Thoroughly dry your pan immediately after washing by placing it into a warm oven.

I’ve always bought from Webstaurant but was very disappointed with the pan I received, considering the shipping cost. I ordered 2 of this 6” glazed pans. One was severely deformed on the top edges it would be impossible to bake a round cake with it. It’s a hassle to return one pan for the cost but disappointed. I won’t buy cake pans from this vendor again as it is a hassle to return if defective due to the cost. With the cost of shipping, which is as expensive as the pans itself, I would think it would be packed well, or the pans may have actually shipped deformed in the first place.

The Chicago Metallic 46025 is an excellent small cake pan that bakes well as releases with ease. Aluminized Steel pans are wonderful. They combine the strength benefits of steel with the even and efficient heat transfer of aluminum. The silicone based non-stick is a wonder that makes the cake pop out with little effort, no parchment needed. I do grease the pan for extra safety but don't think its necessary. Chicago Metallic is an excellent manufacturer. They have the same parent company (Bundy) as USA Pan which also makes the same style pans, aluminized steel with silicone non-stick, but are marketed for home consumers only. I own many USA Pan cake pans and they are also excellent like these Chicago Metallic cousins of theirs.
