Love this pan. Best cheesecake pan I have used. This pan delivers perfect cheesecakes all the time. It has a smooth bottom so parchment papers sticks easier. I own several bumpy bottom pans and this ones has just replaced them all.

I use this to make a no bake cheesecake at our restaurant, and the tiny size actually works for me. It's pretty tall so you can get some good height with the petite dessert. I only gave it 3 stars because I think it was pretty expensive for what it is, and the spring part could make a smoother seam and seal in my opinion.
