This Channel DS2414/P 14 pan end-load undercounter prep top double sheet / bun pan rack doubles as a mobile work station, providing you with a two-in-one system for your facility! The thermoplastic work top allows you to prep the sheet pans up top and store them on the racks below, or you can use the flat top to stack ingredients or utensils that you'll need to serve the products later on. This double sided rack can hold up to 7 full-size sheet pans (sold separately) per side with 3" of space between each aluminum angled slide, so you'll always have enough room and support for your signature pastries, sheet cakes, cookies, or broiled foods.
To ensure long-lasting durability, the rack is constructed of heavy-duty, high tensile type 6063-T5 aluminum alloy. Plus, it carries a lifetime guarantee against rust! Four 5" full swivel, non-marking casters allow you to smoothly transport the rack around the kitchen without leaving unsightly scuff marks.
