Perfect for virtually any food service operation, the rack comes standard with a 6 bushel lug made of gray polyethylene. This lug can stack or nest with others for maximum space-efficiency, or it can be used by itself for heads of lettuce, chopped potatoes, or other bulk ingredients.
The rack is made of aluminum to provide the proper stability and strength needed for reliable, long-lasting performance, while also being non-corrosive. It features 5" casters that fully swivel in any direction for easy maneuvering. Plus, since the wheels are non-marking, it prevents the flooring from being marred with scuff marks.
