This Channel 567/P 15 pan end load undercounter prep top sheet / bun pan rack doubles as a mobile work station, providing you with a two-in-one system for your facility! The thermoplastic work top allows you to prep the sheet pans up top and store them on the racks below, or you can use the flat top to stack ingredients or utensils that you'll need to serve the products later on. This rack can hold up to 15 full size sheet pans with 1 1/2" of space between each wire slide, so you'll always have enough room and support for your signature pastries, sheet cakes, cookies, or broiled foods.
