Effectively serve warm, plated meals with this Carter-Hoffmann heated banquet cart! This cart features (3) 22" x 53 1/4" shelves spaced 16" apart to hold and transport up to 180 plates at a time. It is designed for plates / covers ranging from 8 3/4" to 10 1/2" in diameter. It has a maximum temperature of 200 degrees Fahrenheit and heats up to 160 degrees Fahrenheit in only 25 minutes. It operates using a removable, bottom-mounted convection heating system with a full-range thermostat control knob. A dial thermometer and remote sensing bulb accurately measure the temperature and make it easy to read.

This durable unit is constructed of double-walled, fully-welded stainless steel with 1x1 channel supports. All seams are turned in to eliminate raw edges. The removable, welded shelves are made of double-nickel plated wire. This model offers excellent heat retention with 1" thick, high-density fiberglass insulation on all sides and the door and 1 1/2" thick insulation on top. The interior is accessible by a welded, double-panel door with concealed pin hinges. A flush-mounted sliding latch with a finger grip prevents the door from accidentally opening. This unit also features a high-temperature silicone gasket to provide a heat-resistant seal between the door and cabinet.

This cart rolls on 6" polyurethane casters, 2 fixed and 2 swivel with brakes, in a wheel-ahead pattern, ensuring easy transport. Stainless steel caster bolsters provide additional strength. To protect your surroundings, a non-marking gray vinyl bumper is set in a heavy-duty extruded aluminum frame. This cart is easy to push with heavy-duty, stainless steel handles bolted on both sides and reinforced with backup plates. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation, and a 10' cord is included.
