This Carnival King 382PD3G9 paddle guide shaft is a direct replacement for the one that comes standard on RBD3G series refrigerated beverage dispensers (sold separately). The guide shaft connects the gearbox to the mixer paddle, transferring the power needed to gently circulate your beverages around the bowl. If it is damaged, it's important to replace it promptly in order to prevent damage to other key components.
